president Bill Gates. Pressure, intensity and stress is what tech supports get during and after their work shift because just like customer service representatives these helpful and patient people can get the nastiest and the foulest breed of callers 24/7.
And who are these callers I'm referring to that make the lives of tech support reps as bad as fiery, scourging heat and hell? It's no other than us, computer users who will deliberately give them a call whenever are PCs are sick. Despite the fact that these people get higher salaries than most people, there are more prone to diseases like ulcers, chronic laryngitis, and
lung cancers since what they do to live is incessant talking over the phone. Although there are also women engaging in this job, the number of men is still bigger.
