
Chips, candies, chocolates----we live in a country that is surely addicted to
junk food and not to mention diabetes-inducing sweets. I really don't understand why we tend to devour those sweet cupcakes right after eating 5 servings of rice and sweet and sour meatballs. Sweets and fats are good to the tongue, but definitely hazardous to the entire body.

quick Internet search told me that obesity, diabetes, heart attack, and colon cancer are only few of the many casualties brought by our love for sweets and fats. However, there's no need to worry guys. You can still suck those minced pies into your mouths, as long as you pick the low-fat ones. There are actually a lot of foods today that are low in fat like milk, yoghurt, ice creams and chocolates, and even cakes.
Anyway, you can put those chubby fingers into action to check websites offering recipes that are low-fat and absolutely healthy. There's no need to totally ditch sweets, okay? All you have to do is to practice having a healthy balanced diet. If ever you need to eat sweets, then my best advice is to eat your chocolate cake moderately, or better yet, share it with me.
