Last November, the fourth film adaptation of J.K Rowlings popular
Harry Potter book series gained huge support from fans all around the globe who went to cinemas as early as 8 AM to buy tickets and wait for the opening of the much-awaited film. And a few months before that, these wizard wannabes lined in bookstores to grab a copy of the sixth book in the series. Some even went to stores months earlier to have a copy reserved before it was released to the mad crowd.
I guess because of the mysterious magic that it brings that's why the series has a lot of supporters. Supporters who read the book at least a dozen times each, and read them again whenever the movie comes in theaters. Supporters who buy every HP collectible items ranging from ceramic mugs to rubberized computer
mouse pads. Supporters who purchased every magazine that contains the word Harry Potter article even if the article doesn't necessarily tackle the bespectacled boy. Supporters who will do everything possible and legal, of course, to meet the author of the all time favorite children's book. Supporters who do not care even if their friends laugh at them because of their admiration turned craziness towards the book; and those supporters include me.
And like many HP fans, I make sure that I know everything that goes around with the author and the book. As an example, let me tell you, if in case you're not a fan and let alone does not read at least one HP book, that Joanne is already married to Dr. Neil Murray, an anesthetist in Edinburgh Hospital last December 26, 2001. They have three children, one from J.K's ex-husband, and let me add that both came from previous marriages. The nasty rumor that says Mr. Murray is not working anymore because of the huge success of his wife, is a plain gossip. The loving husband, whom media said as the adult version of Harry, is still working as a professional doctor in Edinburgh.
If you've seen any of the Harry Potter movies, I guess you've also seen the sulking and cunning Hogwarts governor and Death Eater Lucius Malfoy. Yes, the guy with the silky silver hair, pointed nose, and of course, he's the dad of Harry's nemesis Draco. L
